To place an order you may visit out studios in Narre Warren. Due to offsite work, Hayley may not always be in the Studio/ Office. If you would like to visit our studio an appointment will need to be made. Call/ sms 0423 117 499 or email info@hotpaint.com.au

Stock Designs: 2- 5 days (depending on work load we may able to get the order done on the day)
Custom Artwork: 2- 7 days
Portraits: 7-10 working days
Large Orders: 10 working days, depending on quantity.

These times are just estimates and may be subject to change due to workload. Please be mindful that last minute orders may encounter difficulties in getting done.

If you have placed an order and need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible at 0423 117 499.

If we complete your order ahead of time, we will contact you to let you know it is waiting for pick-up.


Over the Internet

We are continuing to put a special effort into our growing internet business, and now have more reasonable times for processing orders.

When payment is processed thru our credit card service or our third party payment services like PayPal then we will immediately begin work on your order. Bank transfers require that we wait till we get confirmation of payment before we begin work. Orders not paid for after 5 days will be deleted. 

Stock Designs: Can be airbrushed and sent out within 7 working days.
Custom Orders: Can be airbrushed and sent out within 7 working days.
Portraits: Can be 10-15 working days to airbrush and send out.

Large Orders: Minimum of 10 working days.

Full payment for orders is required

For all stock designs and Internet orders we require full payment before work can begin.

Large Orders and custom work totalling more than $100 require at least half the total cost of the order as a down payment. Special shirt orders where we order garments not normally carried in our shop will require the full payment for the costs of the shirts before the order to the factory is placed.

Hot Paint Airbrush Art is a long time user of PayPal and if you are familiar with this payment service, you may certainly use it to complete payment for your order. You can use many different credit cards as well as use your own bank account to send money to may different countries in the world. For more information about PayPal.

Online Bank Transfer
If you prefer to use online banking for your transactions, you can also pay for your purchase by using a direct online bank transfer from your bank account to our bank account. Once you complete your order in the online shop, and choose Bank Transfer as your payment option, you will then be given the details for making the transfer. Once the transfer is complete, please email us with the details so that we can begin working on your order right away.
Cashier Cheques and Money Orders
Due to the nature and security of electronic banking, we have decided to stop accepting non-electronic payments such as cheques and money orders. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to email us.

We accept cash in our studio and at our various setups. Please do not send cash thru the mail.

EFT:EFT and Credit Cade payment can be made at our shop or over the phone


  • Exchanges for completed work can only happen if the artist has made a serious error that cannot be fixed
  • Keep in mind that personalised or customised items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect in materials, workmanship and/or an order processing order
  • The shop manager is the only one that can authorise an exchange for workmanship
  • No refund is given for defect in materials, workmanship and/or an order processing error but we are more than happy to redo the order for you.
  • Refunds at our studio can only be given for orders that have been cancelled before work has begun or has run past a critical deadline with no other alternative. Cash payments will be refunded in full at Hot Paint. Make sure that you retain your receipt
  • If an error has occurred on a garment that was brought in by the customer, Hot Paint will cover the cost of tehe item and redo the artwork

Returns and Exchanges:
If a return or an exchange needs to be made, the item must be returned to Hot Paint within 7 days of pick up or delivery and in its original condition (Do not wear or wash the item when you know there is a problem with it).

  • The receipt or invoice must be presented or refund will not be accept without one. Please note: Airbrushed t-shirts vary from the original designs depending on the artist's own style. These changes in design style do not warrant a reason for exchange or refund.

Due to different Artist interpretation the final artwok may vary slightly and minor Variations in the final product. This is not warrant for a refund or Exchange 


Orders may only be cancelled BEFORE the artist begins work. Once work has begun and you make a cancellation, you will still be liable for the cost of the item being airbrushed. If you anticipate having to cancel an order please let us know as soon as possible, so that we can make alternate arrangements, transfer your payments to another order, or arrange a refund.


If you want to make minor adjustments to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. It is possible to make a change once the item is airbrushed, but please be aware that the item airbrushing may be reduced in quality. We have a great deal of experience in covering changes, but no adjustments can be guaranteed.

Unacceptable Artwork

Hot Paint is a family friendly business and will not accept any:

  • Offensive language
  • Anything racist, discriminatory or vilifying against a person, religion or other
  • Anything crude
  • Anything pornographic
